Upgrade and the billing portal
Move to Pro or Scale yourself in Stripe, keep invoices tidy, or ask for Enterprise when self-serve is not enough.
Upgrade from Free
Admins open Usage (or Billing). Pick Pro or a Scale credit size, choose monthly or annual where offered, and complete Stripe Checkout. Feature gates and the new credit pool apply once the subscription is active. Do this before a large Open voting send if Usage already shows you near the floor.
Invoices, cards, and cancellation live in the Stripe customer portal from Billing. Top-ups may appear there as well when your plan allows them.
When to ask for Enterprise
If you need contract credit levels, scrutineer oversight, a network of parent and child organisations, or arrangements that are not on the self-serve cards, request a higher tier from Usage or book a demo.
